Companies Registrations
To access the company registrations platform, you must create your company account HERE

In section "1. Login Data" fill in your user data that you will use to access the individual account of the company

In section "2. Enterprise data" fill in the box with the CIF/VAT ID of your company and click on "VALIDATE CIF" if the CIF is recognized, the company data will be loaded and you can complete your registration by clicking on the "Register" button.
In the event that the CIF of your company is not recognized, click on "Create company profile" button, fill in the remaining information and click on "Sign Up" on the bottom right corner
Once you have created your account, access your account HERE or in the login box on the homepage of the website.

CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY

Cancelling 60 days prior to the Congress will involve a 20% penalty.

No refund will be made under any circumstances for cancellations received 59 days or less prior to the Congress.

Cancellations requested due to visa refusal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Participants are therefore advised to start the visa application process well in advance.

No participant shall be entitled to change their registration from Non-Member to Member once payment has been received by the Congress Secretariat.

A handling fee of EUR 35 + VAT will be retained in the event of cancellation of social activities 60 days prior the event. No refunds will be made for cancellations of social events received 59 days or less prior to the event.

Name changes will incur a charge of EUR 50 + VAT per replacement. Name changes are not allowed after the regular registration deadline.

A fee of EUR 50 + VAT will be charged for lost badges during the Congress.

All refunds will be processed after the Congress. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method. Refunds by bank transfers may incur processing fees from your bank over which we have no control.
